What is happening to Premium Requests? Nothing has been changed since August of last year.

I would like to start making some requests again if possible as that is one of the services I know I'm paying for.

Hi, I'm considering purchasing the premium, but when i click the Get Link to Download from ffetish, there's nothing but blank page? Is that normal? How can i see the actual file?
