Unknown time even for the already planned ones?

Dang I'm unlucky...This happens when for the first time one of my requests became planned sigh

Yeah, it sucks. I don’t know what happened here but I placed a big order on 5/1 for lots of clips (equal mix from IWC and ManyVids)... initially was told 2-3 days turnaround but that turned into weeks. Eventually I received the clips from IWC but now the remaining ones from ManyVids I won’t be getting. Does this sort of thing happen alot...? Oders getting cancelled?

That's too bad, the idea was great. Hope you will be able to fix the problem and get back on track.

i did moneyback for paid requests

i didn't moneyback for premium account

i did 22 premium requests for you. you have 2 ways, you can create a new premium request or don't create.

Sorry, you did not. You did a lot of premium request last year, but it was a separate payment.
This time I paid for a year, but got only 6 videos
